About Us
Eight years ago, Phil started thinking about a cube. Not a faster cube. Not a new set of stickers. The cube he actually wanted to own — machined from brass, engraved with a puzzle that required genuine knowledge to solve, and built to the standard of an object worth passing down. Three years ago, he started building it.
Our Process
A Kewb starts as brass bar stock, a rod of chromoly steel, a block of resawn walnut, and a piece of leather. Everything after that happens here — machined, sewn, hand finished, assembled, inspected, and boxed in two adjoining studios.
